Information you give us

If you request an inspection on this website, we collect your name, phone number, and zip code. You may also choose to include an email address and the type of service you need. If you call instead, we collect whatever you tell us so we can schedule a visit and quote the work.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical details such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you visit. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people use. That tool measures traffic without advertising cookies. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is configured on the site, those services may also collect usage data and set cookies.

We also record whether someone taps a call button, starts or submits the inspection form, or opens a review link, so we can tell what on the site is actually useful. Those events do not include the name, phone number, or email you typed into the form.

The inspection form includes a hidden field that people never see. If that field is filled in, we treat the submission as spam and discard it.

We never sell your details, and we do not share them with other companies for their marketing. We do send inspection requests to the tools we use to receive them and follow up — currently a form handler and, when configured, a customer-management system. The website is hosted by Vercel. Analytics providers (Vercel, and Google if those tools are enabled) receive the technical data described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our customers, our team, or the business.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection requests and service records for as long as we need them to do the work, follow up, honor the Better Bee Guarantee, and meet bookkeeping or legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s settings.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled, those services may set cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, including the call button and inspection form.

Your choices

You can request an inspection by phone instead of the form. You can skip the optional email field. If you want us to correct or delete information from an inspection request, call (256) 580-6181 and we will take care of it. That does not affect records we are required to keep.

Children

This website is for homeowners and businesses who need pest control. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
